I ordered a couple of books from Wordery mainly because they had free shipping, that was a big plus for me. When the books themselves aren’t too pricey, not having extra delivery costs makes a real difference.

The delivery took a few days, which was totally fine since I wasn’t in a hurry. The books arrived in good condition, and there were no surprise charges at checkout, which I appreciated. Has anyone else found their delivery to be a little slow, or is that normal with them?

Overall, I’m happy with the experience. I’d definitely consider using Wordery again, especially when I don’t need something to arrive super quickly.

I’ve ordered from Wordery a few times, usually when I’ve spotted a discount code. Like a lot of people, I’m always comparing prices across a few book sites before buying, and Wordery isn’t always the best deal. Some offers are genuinely decent, but plenty of books still come out around the same price as everywhere else. The free delivery is a nice bonus though, and I’d use them again if the price was right. Just wouldn’t be my first stop if I was hunting for a proper bargain.

I did get my preorder in the end, but it took longer than I expected. The updates were slow, and I felt like I had to keep chasing to find out what was going on. Maybe I’m being a bit impatient, but I would’ve really appreciated clearer communication along the way.

My book didn’t show up the first time, which was frustrating. To be fair, support got back to me quickly and sent out a replacement without much hassle. It ended up taking longer than I’d hoped, but it’s all sorted now, so I’m relieved even if the process wasn’t ideal.

When the parcel turned up, though, I opened it and was genuinely pleased to see they’d been packed in sturdy cardboard and had made the journey without any bent corners, scuffs, or marks. It wasn’t over-the-top or fancy packaging, just done properly, which is all I really want when ordering books online. They arrived in great condition, and I’d happily order from them again.

To be fair, I did get tracking updates, so I wasn’t totally in the dark. They just came in a bit later than I expected, which made it a little confusing to know where my order actually was. Overall not a huge issue, but I think quicker updates would make the experience feel more fair and reliable.

Well... I’d been trying to track down an older book for ages and couldn’t find it anywhere, but Wordery actually had it in stock. The price was fair, it arrived without any issues, and I’m really pleased. I’d definitely use them again for books that are harder to find

I had a small issue where my order wasn’t updating, so I wasn’t totally sure if it had actually gone through or not (which was a bit stressful at first).

Customer service got back to me quickly and explained what was going on. They were polite, got it sorted without making it a big hassle, and even though it took a little longer than I’d hoped, I’m happy with the help overall

So, I had to return an order and, i wasn’t really sure how long the refund would take. But yeah, once they got the book back, the money came through after a few days. There was a little bit of waiting around, I guess, but overall it was all fine in the end.
